Children will visit the Collingwood Children's Farm for a fun and informative immersive, hands-on experience at the farm, guided by one their knowledgeable Farmers. Every day on the Farm is unique, providing endless educational opportunities. Students will get up close with our friendly farm animals, explore what’s growing seasonally, and discover how we care for the living things on this land. They’ll also learn about the important role farms play in producing the goods we rely on every day.

Children will:

• Explore the Farm using the senses.

• Learn how to use correct terminology for living things, their features and their offspring. 

• explore where our animals live and what we do to keep them healthy and happy. 

• identify the food and fibre products which we get from our Farm animals.
