FIRST STEPS - Pre Prep PROGRAM

First Steps is a Pre Prep Program designed to help students that are enrolled at Debney Meadows Primary School for 2025 settle into the school environment and assist them in preparing for school:

• Establishing daily routines
• Developing speaking and listening skills, and vocabulary  
• Participating in reading and writing activities  
• Counting and exploring math concepts
• Developing social skills and forming relationships
• Group activities and turn-taking
• Developing fine-motor and gross motor skills

When: Every Tuesday during school terms 2-4

Time: 9:15am – 10:30am

Cost: Free (your child must be enrolled to start Prep at Debney Meadows PS in 2025)
